Fit Yoga Flow

FitYoga classes are a fun dynamic mix of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga mixed with elements of Pilates.

It is a workout flow that makes you break a sweat, burns calories all the while leaving you feeling relaxed, de-stressed and rejuvenated by the end of a session.

The classes are suitable and adaptable to all levels.

Private Sessions:  Private Sessions are tailored to an Individual’s needs with dedicated care, guidance and assistance.

1How many Lessons available per week?

FitYoga Classes are available everyday during the week except for Sunday. Look at our schedule here.

All you need to bring is yourself and a yoga mat
